Aquatos is a world covered in seas, where all the structures are built underwater. Ratchet and Clank came here to find Dr. Nefarious' secret base, which was concealed deep at the ocean bed. Also, it is mentioned in Ratchet: Deadlocked that the heroin Hydro Girl was from Aquatos.

Ratchet Underocean
Planet Aquatos is the most major Ocean/Planet in Ratchet Underocean. The adventure starts off as Ratchet hits rocks with more flexi and stronger arms.
Ratchet ends up being a fish. With orange fur, steroidic tentacles as arms, and gills as lungs.
It all starts off as Clank puts an error in the computer that the Robot-Morph gun is connected to.
The Morph gun worked, but turned Ratchet into a filthy looking Lombax, athough some people in the galaxy/ies who loathe Ratchet, want this orange version to stand on Planet Novalis and breathe the Oxygen, which will kill Ratchet because now he's got gills.
So, Planet Aquatos was the closest planet that had an ocean to where Nefarious zapped Ratchet.
