Merc (on the right) is a combat bot from DreadZone that was salvaged by Big Al and given to Ratchet, completing Team Darkstar.
Merc and his partner Green (on the left) had previously served a contestant who died quite early on in the games, and Green is still afraid the same will happen to Ratchet. Merc, the more militaristic of the duo was tougher and helped Ratchet through many scrapes. After a brief but rewarding career at Galaxy Burger, both bots retired to quiet place in the Solana Galaxy.
Personality
Merc is the tougher, braver one of the combat bot duo. Fans suspect his hobbies include weapons testing and blowing things up. Merc Has the deeper voice in the game
